We put our brand new 7x18 Flatdeck trailer, complete with a powerful winch, to the test by loading up an out of commission 2002 Austin Mini in Victoria. With a bit of muscle and some smooth winching, we got it safely onto the deck and hauled it all the way to Nanaimo, where its new owner is excited to bring it back to life and get it roadworthy again.

Our new Kubota U17-5 got put to work this weekend. Clearing and leveling an overgrown portion of the customer's property to make it a usable space in preparation for future plans. We then finally spreading some gravel to keep the mud down!

As part of our ongoing commitment to improving our facilities and services, we are undertaking a project to transform previously overgrown and underutilized areas into functional spaces that better serve our community. This initiative involves clearing dense vegetation, implementing sustainable landscaping practices, and designing versatile areas for various activities and events.

In tandem with MH Contracting we tackled a full land clearing project — removing brush, debris, and obstacles to give our customer a clean, usable space. Our team took on the demolition of an old trailer at an RV park right here in Nanaimo. Tight spaces? No problem. With the right equipment and a careful approach, we made it happen safely and efficiently.

Not only did we handle the full tear-down, but we also hauled away all the debris — leaving the space clear and ready for a fresh start. 💪

This past week our team \wrapped up a multi-stage job that included:

✅ Cement Pad Prep & Pour – grading, compacting, forming, and pouring a solid concrete pad ready for future use
✅ Retaining Wall Build – adding strength and stability to the property with a durable, functional retaining wall
